Rob Gibbons holds certifications as an ACE Personal Trainer, NESTA Fitness Trainer, Madd Dog Athletic Spinning Instructor, 24 Hr Fitness CPT and 24 Hr Fitness Group X Instructor. He is also up to date with his CPR certification. But Rob is more than just a personal fitness trainer. He is a husband, and a father to 5 children, 4 girls and a boy. So he knows and understands the challenges of finding the time to work out. He really cares and strives to help you get into shape and feeling confident, energetic and healthy.
